Why?
The founder of Feedback Frank, Charlie V (probably should have called us Feedback Charlie?), saw the opportunity to create a review platform which went a step further, many platforms do the job of capturing opinions but no platform dug deeper. The idea is that by getting more interactive feedback, the companies on Feedback Frank will start to understand what their customers really want... which ultimately means customers get better experiences, service, and products
